Prof. Lab Resin Water Washable Grey / Gray
Water-washable resin Prof. Lab Resin Water Washable Grey is specially developed for SLA/LCD 3D printers (405 nm) and users who want maximum print quality and at the same time comfortable cleaning without IPA. Thanks to its white, opaque color, it is great for prototypes, figurines, architectural models and parts intended for painting.

Printing recommendations
Specific values may vary depending on the printer, layer height and conditions – always perform a test calibration print.
- UV wavelength: 405 nm
- Recommended layer height: 0,025–0,05 mm for detailed models, 0,05–0,1 mm for larger parts
- Exposure time (classic monochrome display):
- standard layers: approximately 2–3,5 s
- bottom layers: 20–35 s (4–8 layers)
- Ambient temperature: 20–28 °C for stable results
Post-processing
- Rinse after printing – rinse the freshly printed model in clean water (preferably in a dedicated container or resin wash station).
- Water replacement – change the water regularly, do not leave resin settled in it for a long time.
- Drying and secondary rinse – after the initial rinse you can do a second short rinse in clean water for a better surface.
- Draining – let the model drip off and dry.
- Post-curing – cure in a UV chamber or under UV light according to model size (usually 5–15 minutes).
Do not pour used water down the drain. Leave it in the light so the dispersed resin cures, and then dispose of it according to local regulations as waste containing plastic.
Safety
- Always use protective gloves and ideally goggles.
- Work in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- Store in a dark place at room temperature, out of the reach of children and pets.
