Prof. Lab Resin ABS-like in white color is a universal photosensitive resin designed for desktop SLA/DLP/LCD 3D printers. Its mechanical properties are close to classic ABS – it is tougher and less brittle than standard resin and better resists impacts and bending. At the same time, it offers very fine details and a smooth white surface, which is ideal for further surface finishing (sanding, filling, painting).

Recommended print settings*

• Normal layer exposure: approximately 2–3 s (LCD printers) / 4–8 s (DLP/SLA)
• Bottom layer exposure: 25–40 s (3–6 bottom layers)
• Ambient printing temperature: 20–28 °C

Recommended curing and post-processing

1. Draining and rough cleaning – after printing, let the model drain, optionally wipe with a scraper.
2. Washing in IPA / cleaning solution – 2× short bath in isopropyl alcohol (or a dedicated resin cleaner) to remove residual uncured resin.
3. Post-curing (UV curing) – 3–10 minutes in a UV curing chamber (405 nm), depending on the size and wall thickness of the part; rotate the model for even curing.
4. Surface finishing – after complete curing, the model can be sanded, filled, sprayed with filler, and painted with acrylic or other suitable paints.

Safety and storage

• work in a well-ventilated area and use gloves and eye protection
• avoid contact with skin and eyes; in case of contact, rinse with water and soap
• store in a dark and cool place (approx. 15–25 °C), always keep the bottle tightly closed
• protect from direct sunlight and sources of UV radiation
• dispose of cured waste as mixed waste, uncured resin as hazardous waste according to local regulations
