Prof. Lab PLA Carbon Fiber Gray 1 kg

Professional composite filament PLA + carbon fiber (CF) in gray for demanding users who require higher stiffness, strength, and a matte technical appearance, while maintaining the printing comfort of regular PLA.

The gray shade with carbon texture masks layers excellently, leaves a clean matte surface, and is suitable for both functional prototypes and final design parts.

Printing Recommendations

According to parameters and recommendations for the Prof. Lab Carbon Fiber PLA series:

  • Nozzle temperature: 190–220 °C (start around 200–205 °C and fine-tune according to results)
  • Bed temperature: 60–70 °C
  • Recommended print speed: 30–70 mm/s
  • Build plate: glass, PEI, textured sheet, ideally with adhesive (3Dlac, glue stick, etc.)
  • Cooling: medium to high (similar to quality PLA)
