Prof. Lab HS-PLA Orange is a high-speed PLA filament designed for modern fast FDM printers (Bambu Lab, CoreXY, Creality K1, Voron, etc.), while also working great on standard desktop printers. It combines the easy printing of classic PLA with the possibility of significantly reducing printing time without losing surface quality.

The orange variant offers a rich, distinct orange color that is highly visible and ideal for functional prototypes, safety marking, technical parts, and decorations.

Printing recommendations

To achieve the best results with Prof. Lab HS-PLA Orange, we recommend:

  • Nozzle: 0,2–0,6 mm depending on required details,
  • Printing speed: standard printing 60–120 mm/s, high-speed printing up to hundreds of mm/s depending on printer capabilities,
  • Cooling: medium to high (PLA tolerates intensive cooling well),
  • Bed: glass, PEI, textured sheet, or other common surfaces for PLA, use a light adhesive if necessary.

It is recommended to store the filament dry before printing; for long prints, a dry box or a bag with silica gel will help maintain stable properties.
